云南云天化股份有限公司是一家具有資源優(yōu)勢，以磷產(chǎn)業(yè)為核心的綜合性化工企業(yè)，是全球最優(yōu)秀的磷肥、氮肥、共聚甲醛制造商，是中國最大的磷礦采選企業(yè)。

　　1997年，云南云天化股份有限公司由云天化集團有限責任公司（簡稱云天化集團）獨家發(fā)起組建并在上海證券交易所掛牌上市（證券代碼600096）。利用上市后有利的發(fā)展機遇，公司由原來單一的氮肥產(chǎn)業(yè)拓展到有機化工等領(lǐng)域，初步實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)多元化。

　　Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd is a comprehensive chemical enterprise which mainly take phosphate industry as the core based on its advantage of resources. The company is one of the most outstanding manufacturers for phosphate fertilizers, nitrogen fertilizer and polyoxymethylene in the world, and the largest phosphate mining enterprise in China.

　　In the year of 1997, the company was  solely initiated and established by Yunnan Yuntianhua Group Co., Ltd (Yuntianhua Group) and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code 600096). By fully taking the advantages and opportunities of the IPO, the company had expended its business field from sole nitrogenous fertilizer to diversified businesses including organic chemical industry, which realized industrial diversification.
